For those of you who missed the 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday night, Clevver News put together this video to highlight some of the most talked about moments of the evening. As Clevver News says, “Aside from the big wins, every awards show has its standout moments.”
For starters, the acceptance speeches that night focused on diverse topics. Some winners talked about Republican candidate Donald Trump, a few advocated for queer communities and people of color and a couple of others made a note to enthusiastically thank their wives.
Aside from that, though, the stars of “Stranger Things” seemed to be the, as CNN describes them, “darlings of Sunday night’s red carpet.” Celebs Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo and Caleb McLaughlin handed out lunch bags with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that Jimmy Kimmel’s mother, Joan, made for the audience.
