It’s just as well Jennifer Lawrence made it big in acting because otherwise she might have ended up as a stripper, the star says in her latest candid interview.

Hollywood’s highest paid actress, who has earned $46 million this year according to Forbes, also discusses her love of Beyonce and a range of other fun topics in a Vanity Fair cover story.

Lawrence, whose new movie “Passengers,” co-starring Chris Pratt, is released next month also did a video interview for the magazine which further demonstrates her candor and humor.

From being a loyal BeyHive member to loving her dog more than human children, here are some of the highlights from The Girl on Fire’s interviews:

  • Lawrence’s first breakout role was as a prostitute who was “swinging her booty and strutting her stuff” in a church play. According to her mother, other parents had some mixed reactions: “We don’t know if we should congratulate you or not, because your kid’s a great prostitute.”
  • These reactions are helpful, however, because Jennifer says she’d either be “laying in a ditch” or “stripping” if acting hadn’t worked out for her.
  • Just like every other millennial out there, J Law is obsessed with Beyoncé’s “Lemonade” and says Queen Bey “looks like she was sent directly from heaven.”
  • Are you a hypochondriac? Jennifer Lawrence might be. One of her online interests include searching the Google rabbit hole for “funny-looking bacteria.” She’s even admitted to requesting autopsy books for her last birthday.
  • Lawrence is a devoted dog mama. Her guilty pleasure is letting her dog chew bones in her bed and she has an acrylic painting of her dog. “I am a psychotic dog mom in a way that I am genuinely embarrassed about,” she says. “If I could put her inside me and give birth to her I would.”

The “Hunger Games” star is set to play a ballerina in an upcoming film, “Red Sparrow.”
