Funkmaster Bruno Mars is the latest singer to ride shotgun with James Corden on “Carpool Karaoke” and the talk show host has never enjoyed one of the singalong segments so much.

“It’s the most fun I’ve ever had in the car. I’ve never had that much fun at work ever in my life. He’s got the songs, and the funk and … it’s Bruno,” he told Entertainment Tonight.

The pair take on “24K Magic,” from Bruno’s latest album of the same name, and other rousing Mars songs on Tuesday night’s episode of “The Late Late Show” on CBS.

Anticipation is so huge for the joy ride that the 44-second trailer for the segment quickly amassed nearly half a million views on YouTube after being uploaded on Monday.

Mars, who starts a world tour in March, follows everyone from Madonna to Michelle Obama and Adele to Justin Bieber on the show’s wildly popular signature segment.

“The Late Late Show” won Best Talk Show at the 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards on Dec. 11 and James Corden has been picked to host the Grammys in February.
