In this satirical and comedic video, the female actress teams up with The Huffington Post and the I am That Girl movement to shine some light on gender equality, equal pay and women’s rights. Bell sends a message to companies, saying they don’t need to outsource their labor to different countries (Narnia, to be specific), they can just pay women 77 cents on the dollar. Not only that, but Bell calls out the “pushover” image thrust on women by saying women don’t complain about their working conditions and will never ask for a raise from the business.
